  • Continuous Improvement: Actively participate as a member of the Learning and Development team, sharing best practices, resolving common issues, and ensuring consistency across the assigned operational sections. You will also be encouraged to communicate ideas for improving company processes, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of our training programs.
  • Project Closure and Feedback: Ensure that all projects are closed according to the established timeline, providing feedback to relevant Business Partners and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and submitted. You will also be responsible for preparing, submitting, and balancing SETA billing.

Qualifications & Experience:

Additional qualifications or certifications in project management or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Experience: A minimum of five years of experience in a training environment, with a strong background in ETQA (Education and Training Quality Assurance) processes. Experience in administering training programs and managing staff performance is essential.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of SETA regulations and requirements, coupled with proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software tools. The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is crucial.
