  • Collaborate with other health professionals to integrate therapy plans into comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
  • Serve as a source of clinical advice for support staff and junior therapists.
  • Foster a positive, patient-centred culture within the team.

3. Clinical Skills Development

4. Documentation and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and audit-ready patient records in line with HPCSA and organisational requirements.
  • Ensure all interventions are evidence-based and compliant with legal and professional standards.
  • Prepare reports, assessments, and progress notes for internal and external stakeholders as needed.

5. Professional and Personal Development

  • Uphold a high standard of professional ethics and conduct.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CPD portfolio in accordance with HPCSA requirements.
  • Participate in training, workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance clinical skills and patient outcomes.
